The University of East London Students’ Union provides a free, non-judgmental, impartial, and confidential Academic Advice service.

We offer advice on a range of matters including Appeals, Complaints and Extenuation. We are also here to support you are suspected of committing an Assessment Offence, are facing disciplinary proceedings or need someone to advise and represent you at a meeting or panel hearing.

As of Monday 30th April 2012 the Advice Service will be offering appointments each morning from 10am – 12.30pm (except Thursdays) & drop in sessions each afternoon 2pm – 4.30pm at both Docklands & Stratford Campus.

To book an appointment please e-mail studadv@uel.ac.uk or visit one of our receptions.

We are based on the Ground Floor of the North Building at Docklands Campus (NB.G.01 – to the left of the cash machines) and in University House at Stratford Campus.

When we see people on a first come first served basis we suggest that you arrive at least 20 minutes before the end of the session so we have time to see you (if we are not already with someone).
