How to activate your Students' Union account

The Students' Union login system uses the same login details as University systems, i.e. your u1234567@uel.ac.uk username and password). However, your account may not be immediately available. Your details are passed overnight from the University system to our system.

If you enrolled with the University today, please wait until tomorrow before trying to activate your Students' Union account.

If you enrolled before today, you should be able to activate your account immediately by logging in using your University username and password.

If you have any queries about logging in, please email studentsunion@uel.ac.uk and provide as many details as you can.

Please do not attempt to create an account using a personal email address, e.g. Gmail, Sky, BT. Only @uel.ac.uk account-holders can book tickets for events.
