Here are all of the forms and info you might need as a Society Organiser, available for download.
Any completed forms you need to submit can be emailed as an attachment to m.battye@uel.ac.uk.

What you need to register your society for 2012-13:

Other Society Forms
Freshers Fair Societies booking form - use to book your stall or activity during Freshers Week
Room booking - You no longer need to fill in a form to do this, just email your request to m.battye@uel.ac.uk
Underground bar Booking Form - Use if you would like to organise an event/gathering in Underground bar.
External Speaker request Form - Use if you plan to invite an external speaker to talk at a society event.
Risk Assessment Form - Use if you are planning a large or unusual event which needs to be risk assessed.
S.T.A.R.S. Society Development
STARS info - An explanation of the requirements and benefits for advancing your society to Silver or Gold award
Silver Award: Society Development report template - Fill this in (or create your own report in a different style if preferred) for your society to apply for Silver Award.
Gold Award: To apply for Gold award just email m.battye@uel.ac.uk to book an appointment with the Activities Committee (You will need to already have Silver Award to apply for this).
