The Students' Union has partnered with UEL's Wellbeing team to bring you a stress management workshop. Crucial if you're working hard on assignments and exmas. The session will cover our top tips on:

  • Increasing resilience and mental strength
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Managing low mood and depression
  • 5 Steps to Wellbeing (including self-care, mindfulness, being active, connecting with others etc.)
  • How to contact the Wellbeing Service and what support is available
