Join our bus trip to Cambridge where you can check out the market, visit one of the top universities of the world, stroll through the Botanic Gardens, join a guided bus tour of the city or download a map and walk it, go punting, cross the mathematical bridge, and have a delicious lunch in one the many cafes and restaurants.
Tickets
Early bird tickets cost £8 until Tue 18 October, after which the price will increase to £11. Your ticket covers the cost of your travel to and from Cambridge. UEL students only. No refunds except if the event is cancelled.
Schedule
Bus will depart Docklands (main car park) at 08:30 and Stratford (bus stop ML, Water Lane, opposite the main entrance to the campus) at 08:55, and arrive in Cambridge around 10:30. You can join at either pickup point. The return trip will depart Cambridge at 16:00, returning to east London around 18:00.
You are free to wander the city for the day; it is not a guided tour. You can find information on the main tourist attractions from Visit Cambridge and TimeOut.
