Join our bus trip to Canterbury, home to the stunning Canterbury Cathedral, a Roman museum, The Beaney House of Art and Knowledge, countless independent shops and businesses, and lots of excellent local eateries.
Early bird tickets cost £8 until Tue 01 November, after which the price will increase to £11. Your ticket covers the cost of your travel to and from Canterbury. UEL students only. No refunds except if the event is cancelled.
Schedule
Bus will depart Stratford (bus stop ML, Water Lane, opposite the main entrance to the campus) at 08:30 and Docklands (main car park) at 08:55 and arrive in Canterbury around 10:45. You can join at either pickup point. The return trip will depart Canterbury at 16:00, returning to east London around 18:00.
You are free to wander the city for the day; it is not a guided tour. You can find information on the main tourist attractions from Visit Canterbury and TimeOut.
