'Debate in the House of Lords'. Topic: 'This House believes that the Monarchy should be abolished'

The University of East London Mooting and Debating Society will be holding a debate in the House of Lords on the 5th February, 2020. This debate will be on a topic of increasing interest over the years. It will be judged by a member of the House of Lords. We therefore invite law and non law students to attend this event. It promises to be enlightening, fun and a great networking event.

Meeting point: This will be at the Law Clinic at 1:30pm. This is to allow enough time to travel to the event. For those who are unable to come to the Law Clinic, please make plans to arrive on time for the debate.
