Energise and feel good with this classic yoga style to develop your strength and flexibility and encourage a healthy mind-body connection. This Ashtanga Yoga class is a great energy booster. You can expect some kundalini breathwork, deep stretches, challenging balancing poses, and a nice full body workout! Of course, we end with a deep relaxation and grounding meditation, so you can integrate all the benefits of your practice.
Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels – no previous experience or coordination needed! As classes are remote please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.
Equipment: You’ll need a clear area with enough space to stretch out and a yoga mat / non-slip towel or rug.
