The Dance Society hold weekly dance fitness classes at University Square Stratford. These classes are taught by Fred Folkes on Thursdays, Studio 4 at 6:30 - 8:00pm.

However the Dance Society hold weekly dance workshops. Each week we hire a professional dancer to teach a 1 hour workshop at UEL Sports Dock 2-3pm on Wednesday's.

If you wish to join please go to the UEL Sports Dock reception,. Membership is £40 which can be paid for via UEL Direct by selecting UEL Sports clubs and then selecting 'dance' or you can pay direct a UEL SportsDock reception.
