University Mental Health Day Focus Groups

Thursday 04 March 2021 - 12:30pm - 1:30pm
Microsoft Teams

To mark University Mental Health day, your Students’ Union is holding focus groups to hear about your experiences with mental health on campus.

We want to know about how you have (or haven’t) engaged with the Universities wellbeing services, including the wellbeing team, disability and dyslexia team, SMART (Student Money Advice and Rights Team) and/or residential services. This focus group is for all students, and we are particularly keen to hear from students who belong to one of our student communities.

While we are looking to gather and record your experiences, we want this to be a stress-free event. It will be more of a chatty atmosphere, and feel free to bring a cuppa!

We have two focus groups happening on University Mental Health day (Thursday the 4th of March,) you only need to attend one of these.

12:30 – 1:30

2 – 3

The themes we are focusing on this University Mental Health day are accessibility, and cultural competence. With these themes in mind, we look forward to chatting with you about how the University has communicated with you about mental health and the wellbeing services available, as well as you experiences with these services.
